What is the difference between Sugar Free and and No added Sugar?

Sugar-free” (a.k.a. zero sugarsugarless) means that a product contains, per serving, less than 0.5 g of sugar and less than five calories

No added sugar This means the product contains no added sugars (such as sucrose, honey or glucose). However, the product may still contain natural sugars, such as milk (lactose), fruit (fructose) or other carbohydrates, which can affect your blood glucose levels.

Their is a laxative warning on you packaging, how much can I eat in one day?

Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. You can have 30g a day, but not in one sitting. Please check the serving size on each pack.

 

Are our products Low GI?

Many of our products are specifically made with the specific goal of having a low glycaemic index.   If you are on a special diet or have health conditions then please ensure that you carefully read the ingredients and nutrition information panel for each of the products and consult your health professional before making any changes to your diet.

 

How do I know if a product is gluten free?
